What is the course? In this course, we’ll share insights and strategies through Scrum Inc.'s decades of success training people to become high-performing Scrum Masters. Dr Jeff Sutherland, the co-creater of Scrum was a US Air Force pilot, taking many of the leadership and agile prinicples forward into what Scrum has become today.  Attending this course and experiencing Scrum's proven success with trainers who are leaders in the military, offers a unique learning opportunity to deep-dive into Scrum, leadership and the power of being a servant leader. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and review of real-world case studies in business and military arenas, you will experience first-hand the impact of the Scrum framework and the importance of the Scrum Master role. Utilising the Scrum framework for you or in your organisation will significantly improve your way of doing work.  ​ Who is it for? Anyone wishing to become a Registered Scrum Master. How will it be delivered? The training will be run online via Zoom. How to leverage lean principles to identify waste in a system, process, or organization. Techniques and metrics Scrum Masters use to improve team happiness and performance. The patterns and practices of high-performing Scrum teams. How the Scrum Master role scales in an organisation using Scrum@Scale. Credential process  The course fee includes access to the Registered Scrum Master™ exam. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their Registered Scrum Master™ credential.
