A Bit About Me
As the founder of VISIPACE, I am proud to be part of a group that is passionate about transforming the UK public Sector from Industrial age practices to the 21st Century digital age. With unique experience in playing a leading role in the UK MOD's adoption of Agile working practices, I have served in progressive roles as Scrum Master, Scrum Master @Scale (Chief of Staff), Agile coach, and Registered Scrum Trainer.
I have consulted and launched many teams across Defence and the private sector, as well as working alongside and collaborating with global consultancy companies such as Boston Consultancy Group and Deloitte. My expertise in personal productivity, team optimisation, and consultation on team culture/mindset has proven to unlock potential in many areas. I create teams that value trust and psychological safety, enabling respectful challenge and fostering a collaborative problem solving approach for the greater good of the task at hand and the organisation's future success.
With 16 years of command, leadership and management experience and as a Registered Scrum Trainer, I possess a vast array of contextual experience, which, combined with Agile ways of working, can support other teams/organisations to achieve the best results.
With experience in working at the highest levels of the military, I have honed my skills as a leader and problem-solver in high-pressure environments. This has allowed me to develop a unique perspective on team dynamics and effective communication, which I apply to my work in helping businesses achieve their goals.

Head-hunted from previous role to be Chief of Staff and Scrum of Scrums Master for an enterprise level transformation programme, covering 26,000 people and a £6.5 Bn budget, delivered using Scrum @ Scale. As part of this transformation programme, I have facilitated and delivered RSM and RPO training to over 200 people and am Defence's lead for their Agile Community of Practice. I lead in the support of C-Suite agility development and act as a Agile ambassador for Defence with industry.
Employed as the architect and lead for workforce transformation for a specialised military headquarters. Delivery focussed on structural optimisation, Agile ways of working using Scrum and move of HQ location, all delivered within a tight resource envelope, resulting in increased operating efficiency and effectiveness. Completed Scrum and Scrum at Scale PO and SM roles, Agile coach and qualified as a Registered Scrum Trainer.
The lead change agent for a military armoured unit, delivering efficiency and process improvements through Agile ways of working. Also curated and delivered human performance courses to support rehabilitation of soldiers.
